    Postnatal Yoga Classes Schedule

    Postnatal yoga classes are a great way to support the body’s recovery after birth. It is designed for mom & infant to enjoy together. This class is intended help women regain their strength after childbirth and discover ways to integrate yoga into their busy days. It is also an opportunity to connect with other moms to share birth stories and parenting tips.

    Please check on website or call ahead of time as classes may be subject to change.

    Postnatal Yoga (For moms from about 4-6 wks postpartum to 6 months or when baby begins to crawl)

    Infant Series (Age Infant – 18 months)
    Infant Series runs for 8 weeks. Baby’s classes are held  concurrently with a yoga class for parents in the studio next door. Babies listen to soft music to stimulate brain development and enjoy interacting with peers. Cost covers 8 weeks of classes for both adult and baby.

    Baby Time (Age 4 mos. – 2 yrs)
    This class is meant to enhance bonding between parent/caregiver and baby.  Equipment is soft & padded to ensure baby has a safe environment to burn energy while they move, tumble, & play.

    Thursdays 9:45-10:30a with Monica

    Crawlers and Toddlers Class (Age: Crawl/Walk stage – 4 yrs)
    This class is geared for mamas who want to continue their yoga practice with little crawlers. This 60 minute class is appropriate for all levels. Moms practice yoga with breaks of songs and movement for the babies incorporated throughout.

    Toddler Yoga (Age 20 mos. – 4 yrs)
    This class is just for kids! Toddlers will be introduced to the fundamentals of yoga, work on gross and fine motor skills, balance, & coordination, and have fun with other kids!

    Mom & Toddler Yoga (Age 22 mos. – 4 yrs)
    Classes are structured so that tots and their caregiver will receive all the benefits of yoga through movement, dance, story-telling, and play. This is a fast-paced class to keep up with a toddler’s attention span, but it is balanced with rest after effort.
