    Movies at the Park for the Summer

    Bring your blankets and chairs and enjoy these free family events.  Please call or check on the city’s website as times/dates may be subject to change due to weather conditions.

    Round Rock (Visit the City of Round Rock’s website for more info.)

    Pre-movie activities start at 7:30 p.m. and the movies start at dark. Admission to Movies in Your Park is free, courtesy of Time Warner Cable. Parking is available by the Lakeview Pavilion and there is no fee to park. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and picnic blankets in order to comfortably enjoy the movie. Concessions will be available for guests.

    Old Settlers Park is located at 3300 Palm Valley Boulevard (off of Harrell Park Way, behind the Dell Diamond).

    Fri. July 16th: Planet 51, at Lakeview Pavilion

    Fri. July 16th: The Spy Next Door, at Virg Rabb Pavilion

    Thur. July 22nd: Where the Wild Things Are
    Swim free before the movie at the Outdoor Splash Pool at the Georgetown Recreation Center from 5-8 pm

    Thur. August 5th: Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs

    Both movies will be held in the Gazebo Area of San Gabriel Park in Georgetown. The movie will begin at sunset, approximately 8:45 pm. For more information, please call (512) 930-8459.

    Pre-movie fun activities start at 7 pm. Movie starts at dusk (approximately 9 pm)

    Fri. August 20th : The Princess & the Frog , at Cat Hollow Park in Brushy Creek

    Sun. Sep. 5th : Planet 51, at Milburn Park in cedar Park

    Hutto is offering a couple of options for the teens in the family or even for a nice date night under the stars! Both movies are held at Fritz park in the city of Hutto.  Movies are presented by Feature Film Service and Time Warner Cable.  Show begins at sundown, about 9PM.

    Fri. July 9th: Star Trek (Rated PG – 13)

    Tue. August 3rd: Twilight (Rated PG – 13)
